Katie Murdock

My name is Katie Murdock and I’ve been a Reno/Sparks resident for 18 years.  I grew up living all over town, from Huffaker to the Northwest, to South Meadows, to Spanish Springs.  I currently live in the North Valleys and have family and friends all around the area.  I know the area well and I LOVE it here!

I graduated from Sparks High School, and proceeded to Truckee Meadows Community College and then to the University of Nevada Reno.  I am a huge Wolf Pack fan, so watch for me at the sporting events. 

I’ve been in the real estate industry for 5 years, starting at Re/Max Realty Professionals and finding my way over to the most recognized brand, Century 21.  I have a wonderful broker and team that supports me and helps me to be the best I possibly can be.  Having the support is just as valuable as having the knowledge, the passion, and the energy to be a successful realtor. 

I have personally been through two of my own home purchases and sales, so I know how exciting and scary this experience can be.  I know how fun searching for a home can be, and how stressful getting those final documents together to finalize your loan can be.  I’ve been there too, so I want to be the person who guides you through this experience making it a painless one!
